Rates vary depending on the time of year and at some times of year we only accept bookings for a minimum of 7 nights.
Rates include; bed linen (other than cot), bathroom towels, initial toilet rolls, dishcloths and tea towels, cleaning products and central heating.
Dogs are not allowed in fields when sheep are present (Garden/patio areas are fenced) there are grassed areas adjacent to the drive where dogs may be walked on a lead.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house.
Bookings can be paid by card or bank transfer. If booking more than 6 weeks ahead a 25%, non refundable, deposit is required to secure your dates, the balance being due 6 weeks before your holiday. If booking less than 6 weeks ahead full payment is required at the time. We also require a £100 refundable security deposit at the time when the balance is due and any breakages or extra cleaning costs will be deducted should they occur. The security deposit (or part thereof) will be returned within 10 days of the end of your holiday. Please do read the full conditions before booking

Locate in Google MapsNewtown (Powys) is the nearest station, being around a 15 minute car journey away. Vehicle hire and taxis are available in Newtown.
Llwyn Coppa is around 90 minutes from the cities of Birmingham and the Wirral/Liverpool. The conurbations of the East Midlands are around a two hour drive. Manchester is around 150 minutes away, while a trip from London would take around four hours.
The nearest supermarket (Tesco/Morrisons/Liddl) is in Newtown, around 15 minutes away by car. There is both a Tesco and Sainsbury’s in Welshpool, around 25 minutes away.
The Cefn Coch Inn is the nearest local pub, a five minute drive (or a pleasant walk) away.
